1. Shipping Time

• Orders are delivered across India within 7–10 business days during regular periods.
• In remote areas or during festive sales, delivery may take 2–3 extra days.
• We dispatch your order within 2 working days after payment confirmation.
• Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.

2. Tracking & Notifications

• Once your order is shipped, we will share the tracking details on your registered mobile number.
• You can monitor the delivery through the tracking link we provide.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping is ₹99 for orders below ₹1,498/-.
• Orders above ₹1,498/- enjoy free shipping.

5. Returns & Refunds

• The item must be in original packaging and in resellable condition.
• Refunds will be given as store credit or coupon for future purchases.

• If your parcel is damaged or lost in transit, we will process a replacement or refund after courier investigation.
• Please reject the delivery if the package is visibly damaged and notify us immediately.
