At GraphicWear, we stand by the quality of our products and aim to provide a fair return & exchange process that works for both you and our small business.
Eligible Returns & Exchanges
We accept return or exchange requests only under the following conditions:
- Damaged product received: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.
- Wrong item sent: We will accept the return or send the correct item upon verification.
- Irregular size fitting (not as per size chart): Exchange available if the product is unused, with tags intact.
- First-time returns: First reverse pickup is free.
We do not accept returns for general dislike, discounted items, or without valid reasons.
📅 Return/Exchange Window
- Return/Exchange must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
- Product must reach our warehouse within 5–7 days after request.
- We offer one free reverse pickup; second attempt or excessive returns will incur ₹100 shipping charge.
📦 Conditions for Return
Please make sure the returned item meets the following criteria:
- Unused and unwashed
- Tags and original packaging intact
- Packed securely to avoid damage
- Order ID and registered mobile number clearly mentioned
📸 Mandatory Unboxing Video
For damaged/defective product claims, you must provide:
- A complete unboxing video showing the parcel opening from start to finish
- Video must clearly show the issue (tear, stain, wrong item, etc.)
- Without video, return/exchange will not be accepted
🚚 Pickup & Shipping Details
- First reverse pickup is free
- Second pickup or excessive returns will be charged ₹100
- If pickup is not available in your area, courier the item at your cost to:
💸 Refunds & Store Credit
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after product inspection and approval.
- Store credit can be issued within 1–3 days, redeemable only at graphicwear.in
- Store credits/reward points are non-refundable
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Orders purchased under discounts, coupons, or Buy 1 Get 1, Buy 2 Get 1, etc.
- Any product without unboxing video for damage/defect issues
- Used, washed, or altered items
- Orders returned without informing us
🔄 Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

- Order ID
- Registered mobile number
- Reason for return
- Unboxing video (if applicable)
